SIRS is offered in cooperation with Virginia's public libraries, K-12 public schools, and the Virginia Community College System by the Library of Virginia.  This project is funded through Library Services and Technology ACT (LSTA) funds.   Full-text articles on social issues, economics, business, politics, global issues, scientific developments, health, history, government, culture, the arts and humanities.
