The Ruth Camp Campbell Memorial Library is located next to PaulD.Camp Community College in Franklin,Virginia. Resources include 40,000+ circulating volumes, 90+periodical and newspaper subscriptions, audio book and video loans, free internet access for the public and telephone reference service. Youth and Adult programs are offered year round, including pre-school and toddler story hours, a summer reading program, tours and demonstrations for groups, a book discussion group, and other special programming. A public meeting room is available for community use.
